Our story began with a single layered chocolate cake in a very small kitchen in Hammarsdale, KZN six years ago. It was a birthday cake for a friend that wanted to surprise his sweet mom. The cake turned out great and everyone at the party couldn't stop talking about the great tasting rich chocolate flavour. We have since been very passionate about pastry and baked goods and not only did we work ha
