Sweet Art by Natalie Custom made cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops & edible decorations. Lol. I'm basically up for making and creating anything in sweet form.

As most of you know, this is mostly just a hobby for me, and I've only taken on a handful of clients so far. With the encouragement and persistence of family and friends though, I've decided to go public! So I will now be taking orders! :D

This is how I make pasta sauce. You can use any veggies you have on hand! Pop in the oven on high for about 15min. Blend, add liquid, season. Winning!

Need some Lunchbox inspiration for the kiddies? I always try make the lunches special without using too many expensive ingredients or the new fad of lunchbox gadgets.
The main goal for me is keeping the balance of healthy carbs (I try make the bread when possible), protein, vegetables and sometimes something sweet in the form of fruit or dried fruit. I try to keep it colourful. It doesn't need to be complicated, just real food that doesn't have nasty ingredients, and made with lots of love 😁

I've really been loving experimenting with sourdough lately and trying to create delicious recipes other than just the usual sourdough bread. I've made in the last few weeks (in order of pics) sourdough rusks, yemenite flat bread called lahoh, hot dog rolls, pizza, stew dumplings, flapjacks, quiche crust... And lots more trials to follow. All the above came out so amazing! A lot of people think sourdough has to be time consuming as most recipes include leaving the dough to ferment overnight, but it doesn't always need to be this way. I've successfully used my sourdough starter in any recipe that would usually require yeast or baking powder and have had great success with normal rising times, and some (like the rusks) no rising time at all. Go for it, get a sourdough starter going and don't be afraid to use it. Don't worry about all the complicated sourdough recipes out there.. You'll be amazed what you can make with this wonderful wild yeast which YOU made yourself 😊🤗

A traditional yemenite flat bread made with dough that is rolled out very thinly, then folded and rolled is such a way that it creates delicate, flaky and buttery layers 😍
