Today is one of our very favorite days, Hubby's birthday!!!!

Every year we try out doing ourselves with treats that are decadent...and yes caramel inspired for this caramel monster.

This year we created peppermint tart cupcakes inspired by our favorite South African holiday dessert.

These fluffy vanilla cuppies are filled with Lotus spread, and topped with crushed coconut biscuits, lashings of caramel whipped cream, nibbles of peppermint choclate and laced with even more Lotus spread. A heavenly bite indeed.

Fluffy melt in your mouth naan katai. These delicate Bakes are hand made by my mum for each order. The recipe is passed down from each generation and my mum has absolute perfected them.

They are delicate cookies made entirely of pure butter ghee and are flavored with cardamom pods. An old fashioned sweet treat 🥮
