Good Morning

So most Bakers they have been asking how do you work smart

1. Today (Friday 11.11.2022) I will be checking my next week orders

2. If there are thing to be ordered like topper, figarine to be done I order today

3. Monday I confirm my cakes with my client start my work, preparing buttercream, fresh cream Mousse, Bake and Freeze

4. I don't work alone I have people that are helping so get people to help you as wellšŸ˜avoid working with Ladies, but also when u get boys make sure they are very neat have 1 girlnyanašŸ¤£ to help with neatness

5. I work Monday to Friday from 8h30 until 17h00

6. To place an orders is 7 days prior, GA gona bo can you squeeze mešŸ¤£ it's a Big No, because the minute u make a that order, if u make mistake they will forget that u squeeze them, and the fact that you agree to do the cake you must perfect it, so I avoid that

7. I don't take new orders from Tuesday I can add few orders on Monday only if I'm not fully booked

8. By Friday 10h00 I'm done with my Cakes, I'm left with putting flowers, ribbons

9. Remember I'm not perfect I also make mistake, but I try by all mean to make my clients happy.
