Good Afternoon Sourdough Lovers
I have received several messages from people outside my bake area about the bread making process.
Crusted - Centurion soon realized that some people absolutely love eating sourdough while others are passionate about the entire sourdough process.
The question we now have is if there is interest in sourdough products that will aid you in nailing your own sourdough baked goods at home.
We are looking at items like sourdough starter cultures (making it easier to get your first starter active and mature), equipment for the process (honestly, I myself found some items hard to find and once I found them they were very expensive), recipes, tips and tricks and we might even consider online classes for making sourdough in the South African weather.

Few things are as satisfying as pulling a perfectly baked sourdough bread out of the oven. We would love to share that experience with people all across the country.
