Hello Everyone just resharing the below recipe if anyone feels like baking 👩🏿‍🍳
Scones Recipe

Ingredients

Flour
Baking Powder
Sugar ( preferably white)
Margarine 🧈 or butter 🙃
Salt
Eggs
Milk
Vanilla essence

Method

Add 8 cups of flour, 12 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 cups of sugar and pinch of salt in one bowl . Mix everything together until your mixture resembles crumbs.

In a separate bowl, add 6 eggs, 3 cups of milk and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, mix well and then add to the dry ingredients.

Don’t over mix the dough

On a kitchen counter spread abit of flour and then roll your dough. You can use cutters or glass to shape your scones .

Bush scones with egg white (optional)
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180. This recipe makes about half a bucket : 10 litre

Yesterday’s dinner
Beef stew- it slowed boiled it for an hour, added onion and garlic . And i spiced with various spices. Added the potatoes first then my carrots 🥕. Then everything was soft then added a mixture of mixed vegetables and brown onion soup.
