These fantastically warm, fresh, slightly crispy and comforting loaves of bread could be what you are eating for your next meal. This is how easy if it to get yourself a loaf (or four)

This is a bake-on-order bakery, so e-mail me for a menu. Please give me fair warning on orders (please do not ask for a loaf by the end of the day, as my sourdough recipe needs about 24hrs to become a freshly baked loaf of nourishing bread). If you are not completely satisfied, please tell me where to improve and you can have a loaf on the house.
