These fantastically warm, fresh, slightly crispy and comforting loaves of bread could be what you are eating for your next meal. This is how easy if it to get yourself a loaf (or four)

This is a bake-on-order bakery, so e-mail me for a menu. Please give me fair warning on orders (please do not ask for a loaf by the end of the day, as my sourdough recipe needs about 24hrs to become a freshly baked

loaf of nourishing bread). If you are not completely satisfied, please tell me where to improve and you can have a loaf on the house.

It's a pity that the Wierda Park Spar gig did not succeed as well as we hoped but the Dairy has now ordered even more bread from us AND we might be expanding to a Spar closer to home. BUA!
