It's waffle time! I made these waffles from this pre-mix that I bought from DisChem.
I find they are too dry if eaten alone, thus we like to add grated cheese or choc chip to the final waffle before we close the waffle maker's lid. Crunchy & melted cheese = yummy!
We do leave a few plain to eat with ice-cream later 🍦
They also freeze wel, thus all left overs goes to the freezer for mid-week treats 🧇
