I was meant to do a LIVE session in a closed bread baking group and annoyingly, FB would not allow me.
Rather than break my promise, I recorded the silliness and went the long way round, via youtube upload because as usual, I need to finish what I started wink wink.
A few comments on the video...
If you're looking for formal, this is not for you hardy har haa.
It gets messy. Be prepared, it gets gooey messy. Teehee yaaay says I.
Of importance, do not squeeze the juice if the bread is not to be eaten the same day. Depending on the freshness of your veg, it may go sour after 2 days.
Halve the ingredients for a single loaf.
Proof twice. First for 1 hour minimum and second for minimum 30 minutes and bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
