I always loooove it when someone orders the Oreo & Salted Caramel cake because it's just so fun to make!

I believe home baked treats can brighten up the darkest days 😊 amidst the stressful days and cold weather, there are few things as comforting and happy-making as a family coming together and sharing indulgent desserts... The "little things" are becoming the big things. And rightly so ❤️

Here are some bakes from last weekend: Oreo & Salted Caramel Cupcakes - and a large one of those too! Plus a German Apple Cake. Couldn't get around to take pics of the Lemon Poppy Seed Blondies & Milk Tart Rice Krispies Treats... next time!

🌟 COVID-19 & Philosophy of Yum Announcement >>

My husband and I had a serious chat this past weekend about Philosophy of Yum.

We're both a bit concerned for my health because I generally have a weak immune system and get sick quite easily.

I'm more concerned about YOUR health though... the very THOUGHT of putting you or your family at risk is dreadful 👉 I don't want to put you at risk in ANY way.

For this reason I've decided to rather CLOSE Philosophy of Yum for now until the pandemic situation is more stable. I trust that you'll understand. You'll be the first to know when I'm baking again 😊

If you enjoy baking and are looking for a way to entertain your kids, check out the recipes on my blog! Most of them are recipes from my home bakery and they're super tasty!

Until then, please stay safe and take it one day at a time. We're all going to get through this. It shall pass!!
