Resep geleen...

3 Bestanddeel wortelkoek:

2 koppies bruismeel
2 koppies geraperde wortels
1 blik kondensmelk
Crushed pecan neute ( opsioneel)
( ps; as mengsel te dik is voeg bietjie vd pynappel sap indien gebruik/ bietjie melk)

Meng als saam en bak teen 180°C vir 45min.

Ek het bietjie kaneel ook ingesit vir ekstra smaak.

Vir icing net botter gemeng met versiersuiker & titsel suurlemoensap.
