The new flagship store for PicknPay Clothing Sandton City is finally open for trade.

Designing and conceptualising this store with Pierre Briers was a great experience. We feel honoured working with a great team and for PnP Clothing putting their trust in us.

The brief was for Silvertree Design Company to localise the store to JHB and to create their greenest, most sustainable store to date.

We are incredibly proud of our latest Flagship for PnP Clothing at Gateway Theatre of Shopping.
The brief was to hyper-localize the store to Kwa-Zulu Natal and Durban specifically as well as focussing on the use of local and sustainable materials, to be able to achieve a 6 Star Green Building Council Rating.
We mimicked local aspects throughout the store, like the Tugela River light, the Durban Port theme at the fitting rooms and collaborating with local artisan weavers to weave our beautiful POS baskets among just a few of the localized elements.
Not only was it fun, but well worth all the effort in the end.
Thanks to PnP Clothing who afforded us the opportunity to be able to conceptualise this design for them.

This morning, we officially opened the doors to the FIRST brand-new localized PnP Clothing store.

The design inspiration for this store was the local natural environment and the first inhabitants of the area.

Designed with the community in mind, this store is more than just a place to shop—it's a space tailored to celebrate the unique character of it’s rich environment.
