Our twist on the classic pancake! Curious?! Yeah you are! (^^,?

***PANCAKE turned CUPCAKE challenge***

We went with a classic pancake recipe and added banana, brown sugar & almond essence. The batter isn't very sweet as the banana brings a natural sweetness to it. Spoilt for choice; we came up with two versions: peanut butter & chocolate chip as well as the almond nut, banana chip & caramel nib... ! (^^,?
