I love to bake cakes that are special and fresh, something different and interesting to eat. I use free-range eggs when I can and strive to present my clients with something beautiful that I would make if it was my own party. All my recipes are tried and tested on family and loved ones. My iced biscuits are always a favourite with the husband. My biscuits are great for special occasions or even as

Believe it or not... This baker is making some rusks for the first time. That's what happens when you move away from your mom whose rusks trump any others you have ever tasted. Now I've got to make my own....

Here are my poppy seed rusks drying out in the oven😛 yum! Can't wait to enjoy one with some tea!
