Banting Chocolate Cake

3 minute Banting Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

4 heaped tablespoons coconut flour
2 heaped tablespoons xylitol
2 level tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 mug
Method:

Add flour, xylitol and cocoa powder to a mug and stir
Spoon in 1 egg and mix into the dry ingredients
Pour in milk and oil and mix well
Put your mug into the microwave and set for 3 minutes
Wait until the cake stops rising and sets in the mug
Tip the contents out of the mug onto a plate
Decorate with some berries and full fat cream
