Butterscotch Biscuits Recipe‼️ Mai Natty Jimu
Ingredients
250g soft butter
1/2cup icing sugar
2 eggs
1 packet butterscotch instant pudding
Pinch salt
3 1/2 cups cake flour

Method
Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
Cream butter and icing sugar.Adding eggs one at a time and mix well.
Stir in the instant pudding then gradually mix in the remaining ingredients.Mix to form dough,Roll with rolling pin.Cut with cookie cutter.
Place on baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 mns or till golden brown

Here is another recipe for Carrot Muffins
Carrot Muffins Recipe‼️
Ingredients
2 cups cake flour
3 tspns baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 apple grated
1/2 cup raisins

Method
Preheat oven 180 degrees.Line muffin pan .
In a large bowl whisk together flour,baking powder,cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl whisk sugar,eggs and oil.
Stir wet mixture into dry mixture just until combined.
Lightly fold in carrots,apples and raisins
Divide the mixture into muffin pan.
Bake for 20 -25 mns or until baked.

My Favourites❤️

Eat-Sum-More biscuits recipe ‼️
Ingredient

200g soft butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup ellisbrown ( optional)
1 cup icing sugar
4 cups of flour

Method

Cream butter and icing sugar till well combined,add cooking oil and mix then add your flour and ellisbrown.
Mix to form dough.
Roll your dough on floured sùrface and cut into desired shapes.
Place on greased baking pan.Bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Jam Tarts Recipe Squares‼️
Ingredients
250g soft butter
1 cup icing sugar
2 eggs
2tsp vanilla essence
3 1/4 cups cake flour
3 tsp baking powder
Jam for spreading

Method
Preheat oven at 180degrees.
In bowl,mix butter and sugar tillcreamy.Add eggs and continue mixing..Add essence and mix till combined.Then sift in 3 cups flour and baking powder,mix to form dough.Divide dough into two.
Spread the other half in a greased baking pan and poke on yiur dough using fork.Add jam on top and spread.
Add the remaining 1/4 cup flour to the other half dough to make it stiff then grate it and put on top of the jam.
Bake for 20-25mns or till golden brown.
Once baked leave to cool completely then cut into squares with a knife.

Ginger biscuits Recipe‼️
Ingredients
3cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
5 tsps fine ginger
2 tspns cinnamon powder
2 eggs
200g melted butter
4 tablespoons golden syrup

Method
Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
In a bowl add flour,baking powder,baking soda,ginger,cinnamon mix and set aside.
In another bowl add sugar,melted butter,eggs ,golden syrup and mix till combine.
Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix to form dough.
Make small balls and place on your baking pan.Press with your hands to make them a little bit flat.
Bake for 15mns top and bottom.
