Got an order for mini Pavlovas for vegan guests attending a wedding.

I used Barco food colour gels: cerise pink, purple and hologram flitter.

I bake to order.

Aquafaba Pavlova for 20 guests. Colored with Barco gel food coloring and flitter.

This was topped with cranberries, strawberries and zesty citrus wedges, with a sprinkling of mint.

I've just gotten a wonderful message from my client. It made my day to hear this feedback ❣️

My client ordered 72 meringues in total. 36 of them was for a function on Thursday evening. The other 32 will be for the next function in a week or two.

Place your order: Mindful Confections will be baking the well loved, super yummy Cranberry Almond Biscotti this weekend.

They are 180 gram bags of pure deliciousness and sell for just R70 per bag. I don't skimp on the almonds or the cranberries.

I've already got one order for 4 bags, who else would like to order? For collection only.

Should you require the goods to be delivered, we could chat about a fair delivery cost, to cover petrol and time.

I had guests over for a day of fun by the pool and treated them to Mindful Confections Pavlova with dessert peaches, mango, strawberries, cherries, kiwi fruit and drizzled it with granadilla pulp. Added Orley Whip cream (with a touch of vanilla essence) and some fresh mint for garnish. It went down a treat. My biggest Pavlova to date. Stoked 😍

Our Xmas 🎄 Pavlova for today's festivities 🥰 we went tropical.

🎅 Orley whipped cream, mango, strawberries, blackberries, cherries and kiwi fruit. Topped with baby meringues which I nearly forgot to add 🥰
