MIND BLOWN!!!!!!! This carrot lox from is INSANE!!!!!! I paired it here with the scrumptious tzatziki flavoured vegan cream cheese and it's on our sweet potato bread. SO INCREDIBLY delicious and it's CARROTS!!!!! I found it in the fridge , just go and get some!! You're welcome😉

I'm a bit of a camping addict having come to it relatively late in life, I finally went camping for the first time last year at the tender age of 42🤣. This week we visited Twin Rivers campsite in Greyton, such a brilliant spot! And we cooked EVERYTHING over the coals, (I might have just binge watched on ) This here is a humble but spectacular braai staple, a chip roll on one of our fabulous sweet potato bakery burger buns, lightly toasted on the grid, smothered with phenomenal plant butter and filled with good old lightly salted chips. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

I'm going to start off by apologising for not showing a full tub of this INSANELY GOOD HARISSA HUMMUS, but I couldn't wait to eat it, and it could be said that I could've waited and bought a new tub for the photo but this is an essential public service announcement because this stuff is PHENOMENAL!!!!! We are market today!!! 4 different flavoured loaves, perfect with soup for lunch or dinner or with patés and dips. Moroccan carrot, onion and herb, sundried tomato and a special Hot Cross Bun inspired raisin bread, delicious for breakfast. Crumbed Mushroom Avo Ritz Burger!!!! One of our delicious beetroot burger buns slathered with Ritzy garlicky Marie Rose sauce, packed with crisp butter lettuce 🥬 fresh tomato🍅 slices of avo🥑 all with a super satisfying giant crumbed mushroom crunch burger in the middle. Recipes: Crumbed mushrooms🍄🍄🍄 ¼ cup ground flax 1 cup warm water ½ cup white rice flour 2 cups crumbs made from Sweet Potato Bakery Gluten Free 🍠Sweet Potato Bread (blitz defrosted slices in a food processor)
🍄4 large brown mushrooms salt and pepper to taste

You will need 3 bowls. 🥣🥣🥣 In one bowl mix the ground flax and warm water and season to taste. Place the white rice flour and bread crumbs into their own bowls and season each to taste. Coat each mushroom with white rice flour and shake off excess. Then dip each mushroom into the flax egg mixture and coat well, shaking off excess. Finally dip each mushroom into the bread crumbs, coating completely. I bake my crumbed mushrooms in my Phillips Airfryer at 200°C for 8 minutes or you can bake the mushrooms on a lined baking sheet at 220°C for 15 minutes or deepfry in coconut oil. Serve immediately.

Ritzy Marie Rose Sauce 🧄1 clove garlic, minced 3T Gourmet Vegan Mayo 🍅2t tomato paste ½t Silan date syrup 🍋1T lemon juice 🧂Salt and pepper to taste 🌶Tabasco sauce to taste

Mix all of the ingredients together and serve on everything😉
