An easy and Lazy desert idea: Deep fried Oreos . Great on their own but better with ice cream. It is simple and super easy to make.
All you need is :
shop bought GF Oreos,
GF flapjack or pancake batter ( make your own or use a premix)
Dip the Oreo into the batter and deep fry.
Delicious crunchy and warm.
