PEANUT CLUSTERS
Ingredients:
Baking chocolate
Salted/unsalted peanuts
Instructions:
In a small - medium pot, melt baking chocolate over low heat. I used Cab Foods milk chocolate pieces.
Once melted, add salted or unsalted peanuts, depending on which you prefer.
The amount of peanuts will depend on how much melted chocolate you have. It should be relatively tighty packed, with all peanuts properly covered in chocolate.
Once well mixed in, remove from heat, but leave the mixture in the pot for 5-10 minutes before scooping little blobs on a non stick tray.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until set.
