Red velvet cupcakes 🧁
Ingredients
2 cups All Purpose / Cake Flour
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups white sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp red food colouring
Instructions
1.In a large bowl sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt .
2.In another bowl beat butter and sugar together until smooth . Add eggs, buttermilk , vanilla extract ,vinegar,food colouring and beat until combined.
3.Add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined .
4.Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners and bake in a preheated oven for 20-22 minutes at 175C.
