TRANSFORMATIONs in my NAME ⭐️

PICTURE 1 and 2 :
That would be me - always running (not really anymore post car accident) ...
BUT
Two very very different sets of pins!

1️⃣ : THE BEFORE

➡️ loads of late nights (drinking 🍻🥂🍷🥃🍸)
➡️ bad eating habits
AKA - not eating a lot during the day and then all the calories at night
➡️ not eating smaller portions more often and not eating healthy sustainable food
➡️ DEFINITELY not training correctly
BUT ...
I was running all the time (funny that )

2️⃣ : THE AFTER

➡️ eating regular smaller meals
SO - no starving , no over eating and no massive portions !
➡️ not really a skipper of meals, if theres no time or I got lazy and didn’t prep - I’ll have A shake or smoothie and get something nutritious in my body !
➡️ training 5-6 days per week for roughly 60 min if I have the time!
Some days are better than others !
➡️ running, sprints, stairs, yoga and weighted training are all the different forms of training I put my body through!

TRANSFORMATIONS ARE possible!

Is it hard work ?? For sure!
Is it easy to maintain - Defos not.
Old habits creep in - ALL THE TIME !

But !

You need to check in with yourself and remain diligent in your training and fitness habits!
I had to learn what works for me and what doesn’t !
Every single person is different and every persons body works at different rates and speeds!
NEVER give up JUST BECAUSE you not transform at the same rate as someone else.

Breath
Take your time
Graft daily.
And never give up

1️⃣ > increased gas in the gut can cause increased tension and bloat !
> combat this by increasing your probiotic intake
> if you are gluten or lactose intolerant- maybe don't eat those foods !
> decrease fermented foods such as fiber, alcohol, sugars and FODMAPS

2️⃣ > LIMIT YOUR BLOATING TYPE FOODS !
> broccoli | cauliflower | cabbage
> prunes | pears | peaches
> legumes
> sugar alcohols and artificial sugars
> carbonated drinks

3️⃣ > CHECK IF YOU LACTOSE INTOLERANCE
> drink milk alternatives
> soy | almond | oat milk

4️⃣ > TRY A LOW FODMAP DIET
> high fodmap foods cause IBS and bloating ...
> go for a lower fodmap version to relieve the body from any ibs symptoms

5️⃣ > PROBIOTICS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND !

➡️ What does cleaner eating look like ?
✨eating to start off with and NOT starving yourself!
You have to keep your metabolism working consistently so that it doesn't feel the need to store resources?
Meaning : eat 3-4 smaller clean meals VS 1 large naughty one !

✨ eat your red meat but add in your leaning protein - chicken, fish, veggie options, ostrich, game etc

✨ limiting or cutting out alcohol throughout the week - have your 1 or 2 drinks over the weekend. I'm ALL FOR BALANCE - but having a drink Monday to Thursday and then many over the weekend - won't help at all.

✨ aiming to cut out refind sugar !
Sauces, chocolates, sweets, that naughty Krispy cream etc etc !
Sugar doenst add value besides the fact that we are all addicted!
Limit Monday to Friday - have your one or two mini treats over the weekend !
PS - alcohol is a sugar 😉

✨ loading your plate with green salads and veggies !
Take your plate - 3/4 filled with greens and veggies .
1/4 - protein ♥️

✨ CARBS ARENT THE ENEMY !
Just keep them for the brekkie and the lunch time I think !

✨ DONT LIMIT YOURSELF FROM ANY FOOD GROUP!
The sugar and alcohol can happen - but limited ♥️
The carbs can happen - just limited ♥️

✨ P.S :
DONT PUT SO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOURSELF !🔥🙏🏻♥️

Pressure / stress - only slows down the process!
