TRANSFORMATIONs in my NAME ⭐️
PICTURE 1 and 2 :
That would be me - always running (not really anymore post car accident) ...
BUT
Two very very different sets of pins!
1️⃣ : THE BEFORE
➡️ loads of late nights (drinking 🍻🥂🍷🥃🍸)
➡️ bad eating habits
AKA - not eating a lot during the day and then all the calories at night
➡️ not eating smaller portions more often and not eating healthy sustainable food
➡️ DEFINITELY not training correctly
BUT ...
I was running all the time (funny that )
2️⃣ : THE AFTER
➡️ eating regular smaller meals
SO - no starving , no over eating and no massive portions !
➡️ not really a skipper of meals, if theres no time or I got lazy and didn’t prep - I’ll have A shake or smoothie and get something nutritious in my body !
➡️ training 5-6 days per week for roughly 60 min if I have the time!
Some days are better than others !
➡️ running, sprints, stairs, yoga and weighted training are all the different forms of training I put my body through!
TRANSFORMATIONS ARE possible!
Is it hard work ?? For sure!
Is it easy to maintain - Defos not.
Old habits creep in - ALL THE TIME !
But !
You need to check in with yourself and remain diligent in your training and fitness habits!
I had to learn what works for me and what doesn’t !
Every single person is different and every persons body works at different rates and speeds!
NEVER give up JUST BECAUSE you not transform at the same rate as someone else.
Breath
Take your time
Graft daily.
And never give up
⭐️Your health , your mind and your body will thank you in the long run ⭐️
