Taste vs Stability…Meadowland has disappointed with my last orders… I love the taste.. but the last cake,the filling was a bit runny,couldn’t hold the sponges together..they were sliding..even when it was mixed with cream cheese.. I am not a fan of Bakels taste..but it never dissapoints…
