After relocating back to Kenya, I’ve finally settled and started baking again. I now realize how spoilt for choice I was when it came to fondant as it was readily available in all the colours one could think of. Now I have to make fondant from scratch and chocolate paste is a thing of the past as even compound chocolate is expensive.
I suppose whipped cream it is for now as I try and navigate what is palatable in these borders
