I don't make many cakes these days... But when your baby turns 7, it's time to dust off the mixer!
6 nearly 7 layers of super moist delicious chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache. No fondant here either. It's all modeling chocolate!

RIP to a giant of the Cake industry. So sad to see this today! 😢

We are extremely saddened to hear about the passing of Chef Nicholas Lodge 💚
He was an icon in the industry and an inspiration to many. Nicholas took his role in the industry with utmost professionalism and we loved his passion for all things sugarcraft. RIP Nick, you will be truly missed. 💚

My girl had a birthday this weekend, and I have to show off the cake! Vanilla rainbow cake with buttercream frosting, filled with Smarties!!! She loved it! The toppers were hand made by myself.
