Greetings everyone!
Thank you for liking my page. My name is Ayanda, I'm from Bizana in Eastern Cape. I am the founder of His Sanctuary Oven, which is a small bakery established in 2021. I am a self-taught baker who is very much in love with all things pastry. Below is my very first red velvet fondant cake which I tried in 2020. I had made the fondant from scratch🙂 as you can see it's a bit rough because I had experimented by mixing it with coconut.

It gives me pleasure to bake for those cake lovers whose game is indulgence, but also it gives me greater pleasure to learn from those who know better and have been in the field for longer.

So whether you are here as a cake lover or a baker, you are most welcome. Feel free to share your story, ideas and so on. Umntu ngumntu ngabantu.
