Tested out the oven in the new flat today by baking some Chocolate and macadamia nut muffins with a caramel centre and gold leaf to finish off. I cannot wait to begin with this again, it is so calming and eases a bunch of my stress and anxiety at the same time. Such yummy googeyness 😁

JUST BAKED will be undergoing a few minor changes and hopefully, improvements. I will be posting recipes and baking tips, suggestions and ideas. If you have anything specific you want recipes posted for, please send me a dm with the request and l will do my best to post as many recipes and hacks and tips to put you all at ease behind an oven, baking the most delicious and decadent cakes and deserts imaginable. I will more than likely have a few different variations of the recipe with slight changes or differences but will make sure to post as much as possible to assist you in baking beautifully 😉

To all my followers on Just Baked, I must apologize for neglecting the page recently. I was able to find a job, so that is where my attention has been focused.

Now, I can take more time to attend to Just Baked. I would like to find out, would you like me to post recipes, baking tips, recipe term definitions, conversion charts, what spices are and about how to use them?

Please let me know so I can make Just Baked a better page than just pretty pictures of cakes and sweet things! I want to share my knowledge and help people who don't know how to bake, as well as bake to sell to anyone who wants to order! Remember, Christmas is around the corner, baked treats are such a nice personal gift to give too!
