These little hands were made for a pre-primary for Protective Behaviours week. The hand is used to teach children to calm down when they are overwhelmed. The arrows show the route a finger should follow all around the hand and remind the children to breathe in (up) and out (down). Essentially teaching them to take 5 deep, slow breaths when they are overstimulated or emotional. Good advice for adults too 😜
