However, should there be mistakes; please report such on delivery/collection, as no repairs/correction will be made thereafter. ALSO note if you send us a picture to duplicate a cake it will not be 100% the same as it
might be different bakers or a different staff member that has done the cake and everything is done by hand and it is not possible to look exactly the same at all times but we will try to make it as close as possible. Also bear in mind that as we try out new techniques/ methods, this will influence the end results. Names might not be done in the same way. DREAMCAKES will not be held liable thereafter if this is not done. PLEASE ENSURE ORDER DETAILS ARE SENT NO LATER THAN 1 WEEK, BEFORE ORDER IS DUE. (but always check with us if we still have space available if you wish to order late)
Cakes are specialized items; therefore, we have a “NO REFUND” policy. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery/collection will be charged in full. Cakes have a 2days shelf life only, therefore, if any complaints cakes need to be returned to us within 24 to 48 hours of collection/delivery. The product may contain certain allergens (ie: eggs), please ask us if you are not sure. Please remember to transport the cake on a flat surface. Do not put the cake on the back/ front seat or your lap, especially with 2 or more tiers.(This will destabilize the stilts used in the tiers and cause the cake to collapse)
We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after cake has been collected. There will be a fee for repair once the cake has been damaged.You can contact DREAMCAKES to have the cake repaired and we will assist, if available, during trading hours.
