All Upper Crust products are carefully made from scratch by hand, in small batches using only the finest all-natural ingredients. Our pies are made with real fruit picked at its peak, fresh eggs and butter, and enriched unbleached flour (even our authentic Key Lime juice is delivered from Key West, Florida). Our recipes are the same as when we started in 1988, giving our pies a delicious homemade

quality you can taste ~ just like Mom’s. And just like homemade, Upper Crust pies contain NO preservatives, NO trans fat, and NO artificial flavors or fillers. I just keep coming back to Pecan pie for breakfast. It’s Friday, pecans are nutritionally dense and our delightful pies pair perfectly with coffee! Now all we need is a good book. Happy Friday darlings!

Me oh my oh, nutty buttery Pecan pie 🥧
Our Pie Queen, (aka production manager) Kami is very particular about our pecans. I remember a few years ago I thought of our pecans and the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. One porridge was too hot, one was too cold and one was just right.
Our pecans are the Goldilocks pecans... they can’t be too big nor can they be too small - they need to be just right to be baked with that magical, buttery crunch!

Q: What happens when you take creative and hardworking kids, a few pies and a fundraising opportunity?

A: Over $1000 sold for the Novato High JROTC program and a few amazing goals reached which meant a haircut for a student completed by a teacher 😎
