Another cake for another birthday! Strawberry Chocolate: Rich chocolate cake with strawberry marmalade and chopped fresh strawberries with a chocolate fudge icing!
This one was little at 6”/15cm across, and just two layers. Perfect for a small gathering! And with a vanilla bean sugar cookie for a plaque, what can be better!

A jiggly coconut dream… even if you’re dairy free! An almond shortbread-cookie crust, chocolate coconut custard and coconut haupia, all topped with coconut whipped cream, coconut flakes and roasted macadamia nuts.

Almond Butter and Brown Sugar Cookies (dairy-free and delicious) were a hit at a ladies Pajama Party!
I strive to make any allergy-friendly or vegan cookie taste amazing with a perfect texture! I don’t want them to “taste great for a dairy-free cookie”, I just want them to taste great. Plain and simple. These cookies were soft and chewy with a rich flavor that comes from the toasted almonds and molasses, drizzled with chocolate and sprinkles because it’s the holidays!!!
