3 years at NYANbakery&cafe was a wonderful whirlwind and I enjoyed everything about it. I felt confident in my craft, optimistic about the future and finally doing something I loved for myself.
Nyam Bakery grew and was enjoyed by more people than I'd ever thought possible. From the farmers markets all over CT. To the folks I delivered cocobread to for family holiday meals. To the ones who found the cafe location and enjoyed breakfast, lunch and Jamaican lunch specials... I truly thank and appreciate you!
Obviously this is a 'see you later' post rather than a goodbye post. I know you'll miss the cocobread and I won't leave you craving too long.
Thanks for still calling and checking on Nyam Bakery... because there's more to come in the future.
