Do you have a passion for craft cocktails and want to work in a cool Norteño bar with a cult following?

Well great, because we're HIRING!

We're looking for local, organic, talent to add to our bartending team. If you're up to the challenge of learning about craft cocktails, mixology, and serving beautiful Farm to Table food then you need to become a Borracho.

All applicants must be 21 years of age, have extensive food industry experience, a NM Alcohol servers lisence, and previous bartending experience preferred. Drop by our location at 131 Bridge Street this Saturday from Noon to 5:00 p.m. to fill out an application and be interviewed on the spot. ITS A WRAP!
This place will always be special to us, a place we made so many wonderful memories.
Prairie Hill Cafe, Byron T's Saloon, & The Coffee Shop are now permanently closed at the Plaza Hotel. Save your gift cards you're going to need them once we open

We will be offering catering after mid July, and are still taking custom cake orders. Keep following us to see what we do next. We will soon be posting about our farm to table USDA beef packages which are now available to the public again.

A huge heartfelt thank you to our staff today, and every day. Thank you to our community for supporting us in everything we do throughout the years. 🥂❣️

The inner loop of the Plaza will be blocked off today in preparation for Sam Bergman announcing his run for governor from 8am till this evening.

There's parking behind the Plaza Hotel. The coffee shop is still open today just use the rear lobby entrance through the gift shop. The bar opens at 3! 🥂
