My massage schedule is OPEN through the end of the year! Appointments in January will be on a more last minute notice. October is almost fully booked, but there are a few more spots! As a gift to you all, for being so loyal and continuing to choose me for your care in this way, I am offering 10% off of ALL appointments in NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER! $15 off 60 minutes, $20 off 90 minutes. Whether you are already booked or not, this will apply to all services during those months. gratitude—a beautiful and never ending practice

gratitude for what has been, what is, and what’s to come

gratitude can be found in every moment—no matter the feeling of that moment

everything is for our highest good—whether it feels that way or not

on my continuous journey of self discovery, I give myself patience and grace to feel what I need to feel, followed by gratitude. the more I do this, the more natural the feelings of gratitude come in, in the less than ideal moments. life gives me many opportunities to practice this, and I am grateful for that, as it helps me become more resilient each time.

and then I say thank you, for this beautiful and perfectly imperfect life of mine. thank you for this ultra sensitive mind and body, because it allows me to hold space and have compassion for others, too. thank you for my flaws, for I can remind others that none of us were made without them. thank you for my highs and thank you for my lows—because I know the feelings of both, I know how to appreciate them, knowing one is not without the other.🤍

It’s been almost a year since I’ve made products for Golden Rituals. When I moved locations, I wasn’t sure if I’d want to continue doing that—and I didn’t for a while. I didn’t feel inspired and I was busy creating in other ways. I knew, if and when, it felt right again, I would do it. For some time now, my mom has been begging me to make her more of the Golden Sunshine Shimmer Oil and she was out of most of her Room Mists (that we all very much love!). She says the Golden Sunshine Shimmer Oil is the only oil that plumps up her “crepey, in her words” skin. Yesterday was the day…I was INSPIRED! It’s an ⚡️electric⚡️ feeling for me. So…together, in her kitchen, we created, smelled lots of coffee to clear the senses to move onto the next mixture, and we laughed. Then, at 6am this morning (this is how you know it’s an aligned feeling!), I woke up and went straight to my laptop to begin creating new labels, a new logo, etc. It feels FRESH. My favorite feeling. I’ve not shared a ton on here lately, personal or business-wise, because my inner transformation feels kind of sacred at this time, but at the same time, my inner transformation (the many I go through), is directly tied to my business…because it’s me at the root of all of it, sharing sacred space with my clients during sessions and creating things for you to enjoy (like these products!).

I just shared a funny reel with a friend about the paragraphs before you get to even view the recipe. I definitely just did that to you all, HA! Unintentionally, but there’s always a story behind people’s creations, and sometimes it’s fun to know that story.

Alex and I are thrilled to share our most recent creation—🪵🌳🍄🌈🛖🧹🎈🫧

•OUTDOOR KITCHENS FOR KIDS! While we certainly didn’t come up with this idea, we are passionate about outdoor play and this has been an incredible addition to our yard. We’ve had one for years, and it’s definitely well-loved by our children. Outdoor kitchens, or sometimes called “mud kitchens”, create opportunities for endless creative play outdoors…which is where children are meant to thrive! While they can be used with mud, we chose to call them outdoor kitchens instead because the options are endless for the materials kids can use with them. We love to thrift for accessories, pots, pans, utensils, anything!

•These are DURABLE, heavy, and meant to last through all seasons, for years of play. They are sealed with a non-toxic water-based sealer. Please see photos for dimensions and description of each size. **Our standard table height (where they will play) is 2 feet. If you would like this taller, for slightly older children, please let us know, as this part can be customized to your needs.
