Buttercream flowers in shades of pink, orange, yellow with touches of red and purple with green and ivory details.

This was a delicious white chocolate + raspberry cake. With homemade raspberry curd + white chocolate ganache + white choc raspberry buttercream filling. A decadent dessert for a special occasion.

An underwater mermaid birthday cake for a very special 3rd birthday!

Complete with handmade decorations; mermaid sitting on a rock, swimming fish and star fish, shells, seaweed, pearls age 3, pearl bubbles and scales pattern with colourful ocean waves.

This two tier cake had a delicious lemon and raspberry top tier and a decadent Belgian chocolate biscuit cake with added crunchie for the bottom tier. All finished in luxurious whipped vanilla buttercream.

Handmade Wafer paper flowers are made just for you and your cake. They can be any colour or the flowers can be made to suit any theme. 🌸

🎂How do you store Wafer paper flowers?
These flowers are paired with fondant finished cakes. They don't need to be put in the fridge. You can store you cake in a place that is is cool and dry.

🥳This birthday cake was a Belgian white chocolate biscuit cake with salted pistachio, pistachio creme and strawberries! A delicious combination for a very special celebration.

My chocolate cakes are always made with Real chocolate! 🍫

Did you know you can personalise your chocolate biscuit cake? You can add in any of your favourite chocolates. If I can get it in Dunnes you can have it in your cake! 😋

This lovely customer wanted to order a classy and elegant cake with lots of detail and pink for his wife's birthday. We chatted about colours and design elements that would best suit the brief.

We went with larger pink flowers with a pale green buttercream finish. We added details with hand piped lace inspired buttercream flowers and leaves and additional interest with edible pearls
