This is the "end" of our little crêperie shop here , we're putting it on "ice" for a few years ***.
DON'T BE SAD!
We didn't want to make a fuss about it, that's because the ending is in fact the beginning of a new (continuing) adventure for our team!
Tonight we are excited to announce that our team will (re)join the team in a short while (but before we're going to take a much needed week long vacation). So, around the 2nd week of May, we all gonna be back to our "old" job at Time House Bistro and contribute to its success going forward.
- It was profitable, why such a drastic change?
- Well, it is not so drastic considering that our team has been involved in the opening of the Time House Bistro around 4 years ago. We departed 2 years ago (leaving when all was going exceptionally well) to poursuite some personal endeavor i.e. opening a successful crepe shop in Phu Quoc, sell it, then having a baby, and finally to return to Nha Trang to open our present beloved restaurant (sadly at the beginning of this nasty pandemic).
At this particular moment, we feel it is the right time to help Arnaud (my cousin) to prepare the Time House Bistro for the "boom" era (the next roaring twenties) that will surely follow the end of the pandemic. There's a lot of work to do (refreshing the decor, make some adjustments to the menu, and to generally bring the restaurant to the next level of popularity.
➡️ For our regular customers and friends, do not worry, we will bring (add) some of our favorite specialities to the Time House Bistro menu (salads, some crepes...perhaps even our bò kho). You will finally be able to enjoy our famous salads with a glass of wine 🍷, cocktail or draft beer!
This is an awesome time to be alive!

*** We have the chance that our location is own in Thuong's family...so there's a future possibility of reopening when the economic condition improves.
