Apple cinnamon french toast with homemade Clotted Cream

In French speaking regions, French toast is referred to as pain perdu, meaning "lost bread" in French. It is referred to as "lost bread" because it is a way to reclaim stale or otherwise "lost" bread. The hard bread is softened by dipping in a mixture of milk and eggs, and then fried. The bread is sliced on a bias and dipped into a mixture of egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. The slices are pan-fried in butter and traditionally dusted with powdered sugar and served with jam or syrup on the side. Pain perdu may be eaten as a dessert, a breakfast, as well as an afternoon tea snack ("goûter").

🍰Coffee Coconut Cheesecake🍰

Cheesecake is a cheesecake commonly considered an American pie, but is actually a dessert of Anglo-Saxon origin. There are different variations of cheesecake, depending on the place, it is in fact a very widespread cake all over the world, however it is usually distinguished essentially between cooked cheesecake and raw cheesecake. There coffee and coconut cheesecake it is a very light and refreshing cake, prepared with ricotta, coffee and coconut flavored milk. The bottom of the cake is instead prepared with wholemeal and sugar-free biscuits, so as not to exceed the sweetish taste. The result is a fresh and very delicate cheesecake, with a coffee flavor and a delicate coconut aftertaste.

Cheesecake là loại bánh của Mỹ nhưng thực ra đây là món tráng miệng có nguồn gốc từ Anglo- saxon. Ngày nay có rất nhiều biến thể từ phiên bản gốc, từ phiên bản nướng hay không nướng......

Và Cheesecake cà phê dừa cũng là một phiên bản hoàn toàn khác ở đó là sự kết hợp giữa phô mai Ricotta, cà phê và kết thúc tầng vị cuối cùng thoang thoảng vị dừa.
