Bắt đầu bằng việc tự rang hạt dẻ cười tại chỗ để làm tăng hương thơm tự nhiên vốn có. Sau đó, chúng được xay chậm trong máy melanger từ 1–2 giờ, giữ nguyên kết cấu béo bùi đậm đà của hạt trong khi tạo ra một lớp nhân hạt dẻ cười cực kỳ mịn màng.

We begin by roasting pistachios in-house to enhance their natural aroma and flavor. They are then slowly refined in a melanger for 1–2 hours, preserving their rich nutty character while creating an exceptionally smooth pistachio paste.
This house-made pistachio paste becomes the heart of the filling, wrapped in chewy cover and finished with a coating of unsweetened cocoa powder.
