Alongside our traditional Nature's Gift Select (Experimental Washed), this year’s harvest at Đưng K'nớ marks an exciting new trial from the Lộc Rừng team: Strawberry Co-fermentation.

Technical Correlation & Distinction:
While the Nature's Gift Select focuses on clarifying and brightening the local profile through experimental washed processing, the Strawberry edition utilizes co-fermentation with fresh fruit to expand the aromatic spectrum.

Origin: Đưng K'nớ Village (1500m - 1650m).

Processing: Co-fermentation Washed with Strawberry.

Technical Objective: The Lộc Rừng team avoids heavy artificial flavoring. Instead, the controlled strawberry fermentation is designed to support natural sweetness and reshape the acidity structure.
