You will not love my baking if you fancy those colorful, mass-produced, and one-flavor-for-all cakes and those that look nice to show on photos and share on Facebook. Yet you appreciate a freshly home-baked sweet treat, I'm more than welcomed to deliver that to you. No matter what the cake is a gift for my beloved ones or for sales, I bake full-heartedly. Just a few notes on my ingredients, why I

use "CLEAN" but not the trendy "ORGANIC" when talking about my baking? I say it Clean because for packaged ingredients as flour, oil, sweetener ... I use the best that I can afford and is available in the supermarket, for the flavoring as fresh fruits and veggies, phew it's such time-consuming and trust-testing to be able to pick the clean and bio-pesticide greens around here, so I just can call my bakings Clean and Homemade!
