Baker’s notes: Be aware that the β€œHΓ₯ndvΓ¦rker” will be soft when you get them due to the humidity in Vietnam. Dip them with a little water on top and bake them in the oven at 200 celsius degree for 2-4 minutes. Then you will get crispy HΓ₯ndvΓ¦rker like the Danes like them. You can also freeze them and again dip them with water then bake them in the oven.
