BAKED and Friends is a small bakery & cafe that specializes in custom abstract/modern style cakes but also do a variety of other treats like cupcakes, cookies and ice-cream. For special, out-of-menu cakes, please give us between 3-7 days of notice in advance so we're able to properly plan and give your cake the attention it needs!

We hit refresh on the cupcake line-up. Here’s what in store for the next two weeks:

Vanilla cake filled rhubarb compote, frosted with custard buttercream, topped with rhubarb compote and pie crust

Pistachio cupcake filled with pistachio honey caramel sauce, topped with cream cheese frosting and a slice of baklava on top.

Black tea infused cake topped with black tea cream cheese topped with tapioca pearls

Cốt bánh vanilla với phần nhân dạng mứt mang vị ngọt từ đường, vị chua sắc bén từ thân cây đại hoàng, một loại cây rất tốt cho sức khoẻ. Bên trên là kem custard béo ngậy, ngọt thanh, điểm thêm bằng mứt và vụn bánh quy nướng.

The team has absolutely smashed it over the last few weeks, so we're pressing pause for a day. BAKED will be closed on Tuesday, 9 June, to give everyone a chance to rest and remember what life looks like outside the bakery.

Back to baking and brewing on Wednesday, 8:00AM 😎

Team tụi mình đã cày rất nhiệt tình trong suốt vài tuần vừa qua, nên đã đến lúc nhấn nút tạm dừng một chút. BAKED sẽ đóng cửa vào Thứ Ba, ngày 9 tháng 6 để cả đội được nghỉ ngơi và nhớ lại cuộc sống bên ngoài tiệm bánh trông như thế nào.
