It's nut roll season! These things are flying out the door already.

They are $25/roll and are super stuffed with filling. They are about 12" in length, average 2.75 pounds per roll, and are are much larger than most I see in the grocery and even many bakeries. I measure everything to the gram so they are pretty consistent.

These have raisins in them, but you can certainly request no raisins -- or even extra raisins.

Last year about half of my customers were ordering these as gifts, sending them to family and friends across the country.

These freeze extremely well with no loss of quality. So feel free to stock up now for holiday gatherings.

The holidays are coming up fast. So let's talk about cheesecake.

These aren't your average cheesecakes. They are 8" in diameter and TALL -- about twice your average cheesecake. They are similar in weight and style to a Cheesecake Factory cheesecake -- except that I use a small percentage of goat cheese to lighten them a bit.

They weigh in at 4 pounds, 15 ounces and are made with no fillers or cheap thickening agents.

They freeze incredibly well with zero loss of quality.

The price is $65 on Etsy, but that includes $15 in Etsy fees. If you order directly through me, that Etsy fee will be waived and I will give you a quote on shipping fees.

Cabbage Rolls are up on Etsy! These are new this year.

The price for 8 is $48

This is my Mama's recipe! They are generously-sized with 5 oz of filling each and braised for three hours between layers of tomato and sauerkraut.

These come fully cooked. All you need to do is thaw overnight in the refrigerator and reheat in a baking dish at 350 until they reach an internal temperature of 165F, about 25 minutes. You could even reheat in the microwave if you wish.

These ship in an insulated box with 2-day gel packs. They are also FULLY cooked and come packed with onions sauteed in butter -- real butter, not margarine, not whirl. All you need to do is thaw overnight in the refrigerator and reheat.

These are made with whole potatoes that I get in 50 # sacks from a local farm. I do not use instant potatoes. Also, I use a sharp Vermont white cheddar in the potato filling.

Nut Rolls are on Etsy!!

These things are huge -- easily twice as large as many you find in the grocery. And they are stuffed with filling. The flavor is traditional, but I'm a filling girl and tend to load up on that stuff.

If you hate raisins, I can make them without.
