🍞 Leftover bread makes the BEST French toast!

This morning I used one of my Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough loaves to make a delicious breakfast, and it turned out amazing. The slightly stale bread soaks up all that cinnamon-vanilla goodness and fries up perfectly golden.

One of the things I love about sourdough is that even when it's a few days old, there are still so many ways to enjoy it. French toast is definitely one of my favorites!

Now I'm curious... what do you do with leftover bread? Do you make croutons, breadcrumbs, bread pudding, grilled cheese, French toast, or something else?
