Finding the silver lining when our customer’s cake collapsed 4 hours before picking up…Yesterday I made a vegan Reese’s cake and added tons of peanut butter buttercream and Reese’s and a vegan chocolate ganache 😋 An hour later, I looked at the cake and it had collapsed from the weight 🫠😭
I had 4 hours to bake and decorate another one before our customers picked up😬 Said a little prayer & got to work.🙏🏼 Finished the new cake with some time for it to chill 🥹 Then I rewarded myself with a slice of my cake disaster!😁😋 Some days are more stressful in the kitchen than others.🫣
