It’s smelling pretty yummy in the Baby Cakes kitchen this morning! One dozen Chocolate Chip Fatty’s coming straight from our oven. These ooey-gooey chocolate chip cookies weigh in at roughly 1/2 pound each (hence their name) and they are loaded with jumbo size milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips, and made with premium gluten free ingredients. YUMMY 😋. We are now accepting orders and we do offer shipping on them. $30/6 or $55/12

Hey y’all! Today is back to school for us Nassau County folks. So, that technically means it’s Fall, right?? So, if it’s Fall, PUMPKIN SPICE season is technically upon us, right?

Who is ready for pumpkin bread with cream cheese icing topped with toasted pecans, pumpkin spice cake, pumpkin spice cookies, pumpkin spice scones and donuts with maple glaze icing, or pumpkin spice anything, really?

See you tomorrow at the Wildlight Farmer’s Market in Yulee! We’ll have a variety of organic gluten and dairy free muffins, organic gluten free scones, a variety of cupcakes- carrot, hummingbird, and red velvet, and we will also have our mini bundt cakes in pineapple cream cheese! Of course, we will also have our delicious cinnamon rolls and giant chocolate chip cookies! Our Keto friends will have a variety of pound cakes to choose from, so y’all come hungry!

I wish you could smell these blueberry- lemon muffins! They smell AMAZING🫐🍋 Made using fresh, organic ingredients- gluten and dairy free, AND totally delicious!! These babies are being picked up shortly, but not to worry because we will have more available at our market this coming Saturday at Wildlight in Yulee. Come get yours! We’ll be there from 9am to 1pm.

Happy Monday! So I started early this morning washing and peeling carrots for carrot cake orders this week. After washing and peeling them, I put the carrots aside because my little diva, Marlie, was still sleeping and I didn’t want to wake her up shredding the carrots in my food processor. While she was eating her breakfast, I started shredding them and preparing my cake batter. She yells from the table, ”Mimi, that’s enough carrots. Your kitchen is loud and annoying and I can’t concentrate” 😂 The queen has spoken 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
