Some sweet friends  decided to try something new this week and I love when that happens. 🍞✨

One ordered a sourdough chocolate chip banana bread loaf, and the other went for a coconut cranberry almond sourdough banana bread loaf. It’s always fun getting to bake new flavor combinations and see what people are curious to try next.

A little sourdough twist on banana bread and a couple of adventurous orders coming out of the kitchen today.

A full day in the kitchen, powered by sourdough ✨🍞

Today’s bake was all about slow fermentation, good ingredients, and a whole lot of sourdough love. From mixing and shaping to watching everything rise, it was a full day dedicated to preparing sourdough pizza dough and a beautiful jalapeño cheddar sourdough loaf.

There’s something so satisfying about a day spent feeding the starter, shaping dough, and watching it all come to life. Can’t wait for these sourdough pizza nights and fresh slices of cheesy, spicy bread. 🌶️🧀🍕

I had the honor of baking and preparing a beautiful gluten-free spread for a precious baby girl’s shower, and every bite was made with so much love.

On the menu:
• Gluten-free lemon poppyseed & strawberry scones
• Gluten-free cinnamon roll centers
• Gluten-free triple chocolate muffins
• Blueberry almond muffins
• Spinach & mushroom egg bites
• Smoked salmon cucumber bites
• Shakshuka
• Yogurt parfaits
• Chicken salad croissant sandwiches

Soft flavors, cozy bites, and a table full of love to celebrate the arrival of a sweet little girl. 💕
