Authentic Pfeffernüsse cookies!
I’m obsessed with these cookies. They are similar to an iced gingerbread but lighter in texture and spicier thanks to the addition of white pepper.

I’m selling 6 homemade completely edible Yule Logs (Buche de Noël) for the Christmas and Holiday season. 🎄

Every cake is unique and can be customized! 🍄 Message me if interested!
✨Examples are in photos below ✨👇

Prices:
Yule log cakes are $100 each 🌲
Yule tree stump layered cakes are $80 🍰

All cakes are decorated with meringue mushrooms 🍄 , sugared cranberries, fresh herbs 🌿(rosemary), and edible moss (matcha powder/chocolate cookie/graham cracker). Frosting is a Swiss Meringue buttercream (much smoother and lighter than the American)

Choice of cake: chocolate cake or vanilla.
Exterior of cake frosting: Chocolate, coffee or vanilla.
Interior frosting of cake roll/between cake layers: Coffee, chocolate or vanilla.
Exterior of cake finish: crushed chocolate cookie, dark chocolate bark, milk chocolate bark, or white chocolate birch bark

Upgrades:
Almond pine cones made with homemade ($10 for 3)
Candied orange slices ($5 for 3) 🍊
Different frosting flavor requests - Strawberry 🍓, caramel ($10)

Allergy friendly options-
Gluten Free- The chocolate yule log can be made gluten free for $10 extra. 🌲
Vegan- A layered cake can be decorated in a similar way as a stump instead of a log. 🍄 Mushrooms can be made vegan using aqua faba - $25 extra.

I have availability to create approximately 6 yule logs and 2 yule stumps with pick up by 3pm on December 24th or by 9am on December 25th. (We can arrange a time that works)
I can freeze logs for later use and give you the decor and instructions on how to assemble day of.

If you are wondering how they arrive I have windowed cake boxes with trays that are table ready! (If cake needs to be frozen it will not be table ready)

Please note: These are produced in an environment that contains nuts and tree nuts and therefore I would not feel comfortable accommodating a nut allergy at this time.

🍄🌱 I’ve always hoped someone would want me to make a wedding cake version of my log cakes!! I was asked to make vegan which definitely made it interesting and I’m so happy I was able to make it happen! 🌱🍄

🚨This meringue is an imposter!🚨

It’s completely vegan! No eggs, just aquafaba. Who knew bean water could do something so cool? Making meringue mushrooms today for a wedding cake! 🍄

Since I first started baking, vegan baking has always been fun to me! The creativity and use of science is so cool to see in action!

🍍Hummingbird cake🍍
I can’t have any but it smells amazing! I gave away a piece of hummingbird cake from Aaron’s birthday to someone in my community on a local Facebook gifting site (since he couldn’t eat a whole cake on his own) and she liked it so much she ordered a whole cake! ☺️🍍
