Many of you know that I'm transitioning from baking to becoming a chaplain! And I need your help.

I need your help in order to become a chaplain at University of Michigan Health (U-M Health) in Ann Arbor, Michigan, starting the first week of March, 2026. You read that right—in just a few weeks. I only received notice of my acceptance on February 3, so things are moving quickly. Read on to learn about this vocation, the journey I took to get here (including my recovery from a Traumatic Brain Injury), and how you can help, because my ability to become a chaplain relies entirely on your financial support. New biscotti alert!

As of this afternoon I will have both chocolate biscotti and white chocolate-cranberry-pistachio biscotti available!

Four packs of any combo are $10 and twelve of any combo are $25. All biscotti are made without gluten. Additionally, my regular multi-grain and seed biscotti will be ready by end of day if you want to make a pickup this evening or tomorrow.

Keep reading to learn about my handmade Dubai Chocolate Bars & two new flavors of biscotti!

I’m still in the kitchen while I wait on my move date. As a nod to the new year, I’m trying new recipes and I’m excited to share what I’ve come up with!

Handmade Dubai Chocolate Bars: $20 each
If you’re not in on the craze, they are chocolate bars stuffed with a pistachio cream and crispy pastry dough. They are pricey because of the cost of ingredients, but 100% worth it. Mine are made with Ghirardelli chocolate and freshly made pistachio cream. These are meant to be savored.

In addition to my multi-grain and seed biscotti, I now also offer chocolate biscotti and white chocolate-cranberry-pistachio biscotti. Four packs of any combo are $10 and twelve of any combo are $25. All biscotti are made without gluten.

Need a last minute breakfast or tray of cookies?

I have one dozen of my jumbo maple seedy blueberry muffins available. Naturally made without dairy. $30/ half-dozen.

I also have exactly one dozen fluffy sugar cookies available. These are not rolled and cut, but of the delicate and more flavorful variety. I can absolute glaze them and put sprinkles on them if you like. $25 for the dozen. An extra $3 to glaze and add sprinkles.

The muffins are going in the oven right now, and the cookies are shaped and will be baked once ordered.

My holiday plans have changed and I can now take orders from today through the 26th! I can have orders ready for pickup even on Christmas Day!
