While I used to have a brick and mortar bakery in Hillsboro, IL, I moved to the Ann Arbor area this last March to begin an unpaid internship as a Chaplain at University of Michigan Medicine. There are only seven weeks left of the program and I need to raise another $1,000 to finish paying tuition and to cover living expenses during this time.

To this end, I will be making and selling the famous Ted Lasso shortbread biscuits in honor of the August 5 air date of season four! All proceeds will help cover expenses during the remainder of my internship.

I only received notice of my acceptance on February 3, so things are moving quickly. New biscotti alert!

As of this afternoon I will have both chocolate biscotti and white chocolate-cranberry-pistachio biscotti available!

Four packs of any combo are $10 and twelve of any combo are $25. All biscotti are made without gluten. Additionally, my regular multi-grain and seed biscotti will be ready by end of day if you want to make a pickup this evening or tomorrow.
