Hello neighbors! We’re enjoying the beautiful weather and hope you are as well. It made this past weekend a great morning! We’re looking forward to seeing you all again at the market this Saturday from 9-1pm!

This week is the first week of the CSA, and as a reminder we also have sourdough and cookies available through the CSA weekly. It’s a pleasure to work with our farm partners year round, but this time of year gets exciting. I’ve heard there might even be strawberries this week! 🍓🍓🥳

Special Bakes for the week

Hello neighbors! Everything is in high gear at the bakery now going into the 3rd week for the downtown on Saturday from 9-1pm! Keep your fingers crossed for us we get a Saturday without rain this week! 🤞

We’ll also be starting our add on for the CSA soon! I hear they even have a few spots left still. Signup with them for a weekly box of fresh fruits and veggies as well as some other great add ons like eggs, local meat, and us!

It’s the first day of market season at the downtown ! It’s a big day for B-Cubed Bakery as well. This is our fifth season, going from a cottage bakery, to opening our storefront in late 2024. It’s also the first season Ben won’t be working the booth. Say hello to Ash! Ash, a long time market shopper, helped us start our coffee program at the bakery, and filled in for a few markets last year. And now they’ll be working the farmers market all summer long!

Stop by the market all summer long in downtown Ypsilanti for the same amazing sourdoughs, and much fancier pastries than when we first started.

Hello neighbors! It’s certainly a “April Showers” kind of day, let’s hope we get the “May Flowers” part of that next month (although we have some very pretty flowers out at the bakery now!)

B-Cubed Bakery is hiring! We’re currently looking to fill a weekend part time front of house position with hours primarily on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Additional weekday hours may be available to help fill in vacations and days off.

The position includes the potential for additional hours cross training on back of house bread and pastry production during our busy summer months.

The ideal candidate:
* Loves bread, pastry, and coffee!
* Enjoys working in customer facing positions getting to know our regulars at the bakery and helping them find drinks, breads, and pastries that they’ll love.
* Has barista experience pulling shots, steaming milk, and creating delicious espresso drinks.
* Baker experience is a huge plus as the position may allow for additional hours during the summer when we get busy with farmers markets and sunny weather.
* Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
