Hello neighbors! It’s a bit of a different week at the bakery because we’ll be on vacation (mostly 😆) on Tuesday and Wednesday! You might still see some baker cars at the bakery taking care of wholesale and keeping up with the starter though! Hello neighbors! We’re glad the smoke from the wildfires has largely cleared, the smoke and red sun over the malls deserted parking lot definitely had a vibe 😅 . We also didn’t run out of pizza dough this weekend and sold 80 pizzas 🍕 🤯! Thank you everyone for your support and enthusiasm for the weekend pizza project ❤️

We’ve decided to be away from the market tomorrow due to concerns about poor air quality lingering into the morning. We will be open at the bakery and with all the extra bread we would have taken to the market! To help move all the sourdough batards we’ll be discounting them to $5 tomorrow! Hello neighbors! We hope you all stay cool over the next couple days, we’re certainly excited to see what the sourdough thinks of the heat tomorrow 🥵😅!

We’ll have pizza again this Friday and Saturday and our special pizza post will go up later in the week. Thank you to everyone who is getting a pizza, and especially thank you to everyone’s patience with us after we’ve sold out! We’ll have a bit more dough on Friday again but it feels like we’re getting pretty close to capacity! A great problem to have!

This weekends preset pizzas for slices are:
Veggie - mushrooms, green pepper, red option
3 Meat - Sausage, Bacon, Pepperoni
Pesto - Pesto Sauce, Feta, Red Onion, Sesame Seed Crust

This weekend you can also build your own whole pizzas!
